Balita cries foul over lawmaker reviving scandal on review center

Carl Balita, review director of Carl Balita Review Center, said their establishment has been cleared of charges of copyright infringement by both the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Supreme Court (SC). ?The DOJ and SC decision have very been clear that we have not been indicted of the crime being charged against us,? Balita said in a letter sent to The STAR.
