Decriminalizing Abortion

This is a topic that I’m very conflicted about because of the data that you have mentioned…. The reason why I’m so conflicted about it, kasi ako, my faith teaches me na bawal talaga ‘yung magpatay. Requiring Public Officials to Disclose SALN

Why do we have a law regarding the disclosure of SALN? Because as public officials, we have an obligation to be transparent not only in our work but also in our public life. And one more thing, the lifestyle checks must also be done in conjunction with the SALN, because the SALN may not have reflected the wealth status of a public official, but the SALN’s publication is an important first step.

Assertion of Ownership on West Philippine Sea

For China, we will collaborate with them in the areas that we have no conflict, such as trade and investments, much like what Vietnam has been doing. But when it comes to the West Philippine Sea, we cannot deal with them without their recognition of the arbitral ruling. We want to create better ties, especially in the areas of protection of our citizens, embracing exports, bolstering trade, military intelligence capabilities, and of course, protecting the West Philippine Sea.

Udenna Corp.'s Acquisition of Malampaya Majority Stake

I personally find the award questionable and Filipinos should pursue why this happened because much is at stake for us. Now that they’re giving it up, it should have been the government who bought in. Government is saying it has no money, but when we look at Uy’s company, it also has no money but was able to borrow.
