Before the start of the senate probe towards the video between Kho and Halili. Abner Afuang doused Kho with water and was immidietly arrested by the Sgt at arms and was escorted out of the senate. He will be faced with Article 144 of the Revised Penal Code, or "disturbance of proceedings" and can be charged with penalty of imprisonment for 1-6months and a fine of Php 200- Php 1000
