In July 2005, Singson led the Jordan River-like Cure to the Skin Disease in Support of the Leprosy Elimination Campaign (LEC) of the Skin Clinic of the Department of Health Center for Health Department – Center (Jeremias "Jerry" Singson in Support of LEC) of the Department of Health Center for Health Department – Center (Jeremias "Jerry" Singson in Support of LEC).

JEOPARDIZING COMMON SICKNESS (JCS)

During the Rainy Season in June 2005, Singson headed the Jeopardizing Common Sickness (JCS) initiative.

In January 2005, Singson spearheaded the Justly-Compensated Sponsorship (JCS) for Day Care Workers, which donated chairs and tables to 724 day care centers across Ilocos Sur.
