Gabriela and FOCAP urge IBP and SC to discipline Gadon
These two groups condemn Gadon's remarks in response to a tweet by Nobel Peace Prize winner Maria Ressa. Gadon, in a video, verbally attacked Ressa after she tweeted about Marcos Jr.s' guilty verdict in a tax evasion case in 1995. Gadon's action, which included cursing and insulting Ressa, was deemed "despicable and reflective of the belligerent impunity" by FOCAP and a "barbaric behavior that tarnishes the legal profession" by Gabriela.

Gadon goes after Robredo
Gadon urges the COMELEC to probe Robredo on two things. First, her statement on vote-buying. Second, her decision to open crowdfunding which according to Gadon will make foreigners donate to her campaign. Gadon says that to accept funds from foreigners is a violation regardless if done outside of the campaign period.

Gadon risks new disbarment case over HIV remarks
A support group of PLHIV (People Living with HIV) is considering legal action against Gadon for suggesting that Noynoy Aquino had HIV. In their statement, they said "the Red Whistle strongly condemns in unequivocal terms a statement made by Atty. Lorenzo 'Larry' Gadon, maliciously imputing that former President Benigno Simeon 'Noynoy' Aquino III had HIV, in violation of Republic Act 11166 or the Philippine HIV Policy Act."

SC suspends Gadon, orders him to show cause to not be disbarred
The Supreme Court ordered the suspension of Larry Gadon following his viral video where he was hurling expletives towards journalist Maria Ressa. He is given 10 days to present his case for him not be disbarred. Ressa's camp thanks the SC for this move and says she will still file a disbarment case against Gadon.

Gadon says he is more qualified than Justice Leonen
After filing an impeachment case against Justice Leonen, Gadon has this to say "I am more qualified than Leonen in terms of experience in litigation, in terms of knowledge of law. He has no experience in litigation. He has no experience in judiciary. He has no equivalent experience in government to be appointed as Supreme Court Associate Justice." He filed an impeachment case against Leonen accusing him of not submitting his SALN.

Gadon downplays Covid-19, says China has cure for it
"Madaling gamutin ang COVID. Dapat inumin lang gamot mula China." He was referring to LianHua, a drug used in China for COVID. In the country, it's registered as a traditional medicine. He also said, "para sa akin, kalabisan na sa akin eh, either naka-face shield ka o naka-face mask ka, hindi ako naniniwala sa DOH. Sa totoo lang, ang COVID [ay] curable. Sobrang pananakot sa atin ang ginawa ng DOH, tumigil ang ekonomiya natin sa sobrang pananakot nila."

Atty Larry Gadon is an anti-masker
"Those people who are known by the media, general public, alam niyong may role kayo kapag nagsasabi kayo ng ganitong misinformation. Suspended in June, Gadon represents client in July
The suspension order of Gadon was dated June. However, he still took in Bikoy as a client. Gadon says he is yet to receive a copy of said order so it is still not in effect. He plans to file a Motion for Reconsideration.

Supreme Court slaps Gadon with 3 month suspension
The decision is the result of a disbarment case filed against him by a dermatologist in 2009. The doctor wrote letters to complain about actions done by Gadon to which Gadon responded that her writing letters and her strategy of filing suits are "very stupid" as they could take up to 10 years. The SC decided that it is not right for Gadon to paint the Justice System in a bad light saying "Atty. Gadon's remarks about the slow justice system and insinuations that cases are won based on abundance of resources, tramp the integrity and dignity of the legal profession and the judicial system, and adversely reflect on his fitness to practice law."

Gadon says that Carpio is overstepping the duties of the Chief Executive with his actions regarding the territorial dispute. Considering filing an impeachment case Gadon says "[W]ala pa[ng] definite... it was just a thought talaga, kasi i am concerned as a lawyer that he is telling the public misleading facts."

In said complaint, a number of grounds were identified by the complainants. One is his violation of his oath as a Lawyer when he filed a "baseless and unactionable criminal complaint" against then SC Sereno. Another is gross immoral conduct referencing the infamous Baguio incident.

Disbarment Case 3: Gadon vs Sereno supporters
Supporters of Sereno file a disbarment case vs Gadon after he refused to apologize for cursing and raising the middle finger at Sereno supporters in Baguio. Refusing to apologize, he says "I don't care if I am disbarred. I will still eat delicious food and live comfortably. I don't depend on income from lawyering alone, unlike some IBP officials [...] I don't care if I am disbarred as long as Sereno is removed."

Caught on video, Gadon was shouting expletives and flashed the crowd of Sereno supporters his middle finger. "Someone even audaciously moved towards our position. He uttered expletives and some insults. So I got distracted from being interviewed. Sila 'yung nauna." explained Gadon. He says he has no plans to apologize to anyone.

Disbarment Case 2: Gadon vs. Garrido
Garrido, a lawyer, files disbarment case vs. Gadon on grounds of disgraceful conduct during the impeachment trial of CJ Sereno. Citing various episodes of such conduct, Garrido believes that "Atty. Gadon's conduct should be judged regardless of the outcome of the impeachment complaint against CJ Sereno or the cases he has filed or threatened to file against other court employees. By and of itself, his conduct is disgraceful and a blackeye on the profession."

In August 2017, Gadon and complainants from the Volunteer Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) filed impeachment cases against Sereno. Supreme Court junks VACC complaint but upholds Gadon's. Sereno is ousted from office in May 2018.

Disbarment Case 1: Gadon vs. Latiph, Malayang
Lawyers Latiph and Malayang filed a disbarment case versus Gadon in 2016 for improper conduct. The lawyers claim that Gadon violated Canons of the Lawyer's Code after his statement regarding Muslims. In 2017, the lawyers asked SC for an update on the case as they are yet to receive any.

Gadon wants to kill Muslims?
When asked about how he would go about achieving peace in Mindanao, Gadon says that he would personally plead, even cry blood and stones. He will do this 10 times. But on the 11th, he would change tactics. He had this to say "lulusubin ko sila roon. Dadalhin ko ang buong pwersa ng sandatahang Pilipinas at papatayin ko silang lahat. Susunugin ko yang mga bahay nila. Papatayin ko ang mga ipis at daga." Kara David, the interviewer, asked "Pati mga bata?" to which Gadon responded, "lahat, kailangan burahin ang lahi nila. Kahit masunog ang kaluluwa ko sa impyerno gagawin ko yan. "
