On Monday, a woman claiming to be Raffy Tulfo's wife filed a bigamy case against him at the Office of the City Prosecutor in Quezon City. Licup and Tulfo married on October 25, 1982 at the Mayor's Office in Capaz, Tarlac, according to the complaint she filed. On January 20, 1995, Tulfo married Jocelyn Pua.
