The social media post originated from an FB page 'Abente.' This is a 'Just for fun' page that posts news that is not true and a product of an itchy mind. The post was fact checked by Verafiles and it was found out that the graphic post was edited. The fake post circulated after Hontiveros made a statement urging the Department of Transportation to include more public transportation drivers in its service contracting program amid rising fuel prices.
