A trending YouTube post stated that Bongbong Marcos had something to offer to Doc Willie Ong

The trending YouTube post last March 2, 2022 stated that presidential candidate Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. had something new to offer to Dr. Willie Ong. This post was released after Ong was left out from Moreno's campaign in Mindanao. This news was fact checked by ABS-CBN and it was found out that the actual video interview with Ong was contrary to the information on the YouTube post. It is clear from Ong's narration in the actual video that the offer took place a long time ago and was not the result of Domagoso going to Mindanao without him on their February 20 campaign.

Doc Willie admitted feeling hurt for being excluded from Aksyon Demokratiko's Maguindanao campaign

While the entire candidates of Aksyon Demokratiko joined the 3-day campaign rally in Maguindanao, Doc Willie Ong was not among them. In an interview by ABS-CBN, Ong admitted that he felt hurt saying, "Siyempre na-hurt ako. Masakit yun. I understand where it comes from pero tiis lang ako. Wala akong complaint, go lang ako."

A basher said that he was just after the salary and allowance in the Senate. He replied saying, "Lahat ng sweldo, allowance, at perks natin sa Senado ibibigay natin sa dialysis patients, mga may sakit sa puso, kidney, at iba pa. Hindi natin habol ang sweldo at pansarili. May naipon na ako para sa maliit na pamilya ko. Matipid kami, 2 anak na babae lang. Ang gusto natin ay mailigtas na ang buhay ng mga pasyente natin."
