Moreno's “two joints” hand sign during his campaign events went viral unknowing that the sign had a different meaning

Moreno was unaware that the “two joints” hand sign he had been doing during his campaigns was associated with the use of drugs. He later found out about its actual meaning. However, he explained that it has always been clear that he does not tolerate drug use. But he made his own spin to the hand sign sayimg, “Yorme, [Willie] Ong, two joints. Organic eh. Organic na lumaki eh. Kaya nga, don’t panic."
